We are both Housing & Development Board (HDB) and Building & Construction
Authority (BCA) accredited.

4. How much will it cost to do up your house/place?
The cost very much depends on the size of the unit as well as the requirements of
you (the client). Nonetheless, our team of professionals will assist & advise you
accordingly, thereby striking a balance between materials used, quality & cost.
5. Do we offer renovation packages?
We believe that the requirements of each of our client are unique, thus we do not
provide renovation packages but a list of items & their individual prices in our
quotation.
6. Do we provide warranty for the works done at your place after renovation?
Yes, we provide a 1 year warranty (from the date of handover) on the workmanship of
the works done.
